It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an independent WC, with a floor area of 175 m² on a 950 m² plot.
A 100 m² south-facing terrace overlooks a magnificent garden and a 4 m x 9.5 m swimming pool. The 50 m² north-facing terrace offers an open view of the golf course.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a basement laundry room including a washing machine and dryer.
Among the 3 bedrooms, 2 are modular, with either two 90 cm single beds or a 180 cm double bed.
The bathrooms are stunning, with single or double sinks, mirror cabinet, shower, and WC.
Two bathrooms have a separate WC.

The rates are seasonal and include the rental amount.
Included:
•Electricity, water, heating, and air conditioning for standard use.
Not included:
•Optional bed linen and towels for €25 per person per week, with beds made upon arrival.
•Pool heating available for €25 per day.
•WiFi for €15 for 7 days.
•Excess water consumption beyond 4 m³ per week or electricity consumption over 150 kWh per week.
•End-of-stay cleaning.
A €3,000 security deposit is handled by VRBO.
The entire transaction will take place upon your arrival through an international agency on-site.
In Las Colinas, you will find a variety of activities such as golf, squash, and tennis.
Available facilities include a spa, a fitness center, and a large communal swimming pool.
All these paid activities are available in a stunning setting.
Cancellations made at least 60 days before the start of the stay will be refunded at 100%.
